RESTORE — My Signature Program

RESTORE is my signature, longer-term support option for women who feel stuck in cycles of dieting, weight regain, and frustration with their body.

This is for you if you:

  • Are tired of “starting again” with every new diet

  • Feel like your relationship with food and your body needs more than a meal plan

  • Want support that considers hormones, stress, lifestyle, and emotional patterns — not just calories

  • Are ready to build confidence, trust, and consistency around food

RESTORE is designed to give you:

  • Ongoing, structured support (not just a one-off session)

  • A personalised, evolving nutrition strategy

  • Guidance around habits, mindset, and real-life challenges

  • A safe, supportive space to move away from dieting and toward sustainable weight and health outcomes

Traditional Appointment Styles 

Initial Consultation 

For new clients or those returning after a long break.

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive session where we take the time to understand:

  • Your health history and current concerns

  • Weight history and previous dieting experiences

  • Lifestyle, routines, stress, and barriers

  • Your goals and what “success” looks like for you

 

From this, we will develop a realistic, individualised nutrition plan that fits your real life — not a perfect week on paper.

This appointment is suitable if you:

  • Are new to working with me

  • Want structured nutrition guidance

  • Prefer a traditional dietetic consultation model

 

Review Consultation 

For ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments.

Review appointments allow us to:

  • Track progress

  • Troubleshoot challenges

  • Adjust your plan as life changes

  • Build consistency and confidence over time

These sessions are ideal if you:

  • Want accountability and ongoing guidance

  • Are working toward weight or health goals

  • Need support adapting strategies to real-life demands

 

Appointment Options

Face-to-Face (Greenhills Clinic)

I offer in-person consultations every Thursday at my Greenhills clinic.
Face-to-face appointments are ideal if you prefer in-person connection.

Telehealth (Zoom)

Zoom appointments are available on other days and are a convenient option for:

  • Busy schedules

  • Clients outside the local area

  • Those who prefer support from home

Telehealth appointments offer the same level of personalised, professional care.

If you’re unsure whether RESTORE or a traditional appointment is the right fit, you’re not alone.

As a general guide:

  • Choose RESTORE if you want deeper, longer-term support and help moving out of dieting cycles.

  • Choose an Initial Consultation if you want to start with a traditional dietetic approach.

You’re also welcome to start with an initial appointment and move into RESTORE later if it feels like the right next step.
