Two Options Available:

Book in for initial consultation; then a review consultation in a time frame that suits you best. Usually clients book a review within 2-3 weeks and do 3 reviews within a close format; then start spacing their reviews apart. But it is very individual. Appointments are 30-45 minutes long.

We work together over 8 weeks. Rather than trying to get all the information in one go (which we just can not do), we do it over 8 weeks, while working on behaviour change. Read more about Restore in the Restore Tab. It's truly the best journey; life changing.
