who is it for?
I can't run for 1km without stopping - yes :-) I parkrun a little now but just not sure I am doing in right - yes :-) I have not run since school and even then I wagged PE - yes :-) I am a little scared about getting started - yes :-) I can't run, I only walk - yes :-)
Who is this not for? I am looking to improve my 5k time from 36mins to 30mins - no :-( *that's coming out soon
What do I get?
- you get 10 x small step emails, 1 per week - for the equivalent of $2 per week - starts right back at the beginning, the very beginning - you get a 6 week walk/running plan - you get heaps of handy hints along the way - you get a refund if you don't like the course, in full.
