Lovely you know that breaky is important, but its not just important for your kids, it is also important for you. You are no less important than your children.
Helps to control your weight (yes you lose weight by eating breakfast) as it regulates your metabolism and will help to reduce over consumption at the end of the day
Needs to contain foods high in wholegrain, fibre and protein, as well as be low in salt and sugar will help to increase your attention span, concentration and memory during the day
From my clip, I wanted to encourage you to think about the breakfast setting and the presentation. Making it inviting for you and your kids does help the meal time not be so stressful (this does not need to happen every morning, but the occasional change can be refreshing).
