Yes it is getting to the busy time of the year, so lets keep dinner simple.
This week I needed a really quick dinner and just for you, I videoed it. Yes fresh fish from the co-op would have been better, but some days we just need to get by with practical (hope this clip helps Helen - I will do more cooking fish ones soon just for you).
Fish is not something I have always liked, but knowing how good it is for me, I persisted and now really enjoy fish. I cant do smelly fish, but fresh fish shouldn't be smelly.
Birds Eye do some great frozen fish options like the bulk bags that I used in the clip above, and boxes of steam fish fillets with simmer sauces like garlic and spring onion; lemon and parsley and mild indian curries (2 fillets in box, 5 minutes in the microwave).
