Cooking Workshops with Amorelle
For three years we have been running Cooking Workshops. Our goal - how to use our food in a variety of ways, while keeping it simple.
Together we all create a dish, eat (mindful, with the table set), and then take some home for tomorrows Lunch.
Amorelle is a firm believer in Food Sustainability, and presidents the organisation "Slow Food" in Australia.
Sue: "Amorelle is so easy to listen to her. She is always so enthusiastic about home grown and fresh. Everything is so simple"
Michelle: "Amorelle was just lovely and cares so passionately about food, the environment and the community - an amazing lady!"

Thanks a million for the training tips and drills. I have been practising away and look forward to seeing the improvements.
Nicole's talk was brilliant I really got a lot of ideas out of it.
I really enjoyed the workshop. Length of time was just right - long enough to get in and do stuff, but not so long that it dragged.
Likewise with Nicole's part. The atmosphere was friendly and non
threatening. Venue was good too - great air conditioning! Overall, very enjoyable,
worthwhile and very reasonably priced. Please let me know when you have a date for next years sessions. All the best,
Very good night thank you. Enjoyed the drills and talk which were both
I think the nutrition talk was good and everyone should hear
